According to the latest evaluation, myPARM ProjectManagement performs outstandingly in several areas:
- General features & administration: 91 %
- Initiating projects: 100% in the two areas of idea management and the pre-project phase.
- Project planning: Particularly impressive are task management, project structure planning and risk management, which were each rated at 100%, as well as cost planning with a rating of 97%.
- carry out projects: Here too, myPARM achieved a very high overall rating of 96% with top scores in the areas of project billing, project supplements and time feedback.
- Program and portfolio management: Here the software shines with 100% in portfolio management and 97% in portfolio planning and control.
“However, we are particularly proud of the area of agile project management,” reports Sommer. In the last assessment, myPARM ProjectManagement could not be rated in this area. However, the current rating of 78% shows how much work has been invested in this area over the past year.
Le Bihan also emphasizes that the high level of customizability in low- and no-code and strong BI functionalities for data evaluation enable precise monitoring of projects and resources. The intuitive dashboards and powerful analysis tools promote transparent communication within the team and optimize decision-making processes.
