- Initiating Projects: 100% in both the idea management and preliminary project phases.
- Planning Projects: Particularly impressive are task management, project structure planning, and risk management—each of which received a 100% rating—as well as cost planning, which received a 97% rating.
- Executing Projects: Here,too , myPARM achieves a very high overall score of 96%, with top ratings in the areas of project billing, project change orders, and time reporting.
- Program and Portfolio Management: Here, the software excels with a 100% rating for portfolio management and a 97% rating for portfolio planning and control.
"However, we are particularly proud of the area of agile project management," reports Sommer. In the last assessment, myPARM ProjectManagement could not be rated in this area. However, the current rating of 78% shows how much work has been invested in this area over the past year.
Le Bihan also emphasizes that the high level of customizability in low- and no-code and strong BI functionalities for data evaluation enable precise monitoring of projects and resources. The intuitive dashboards and powerful analysis tools promote transparent communication within the team and optimize decision-making processes.
