IT Project Manager / SaaS Implementation Consultant (m/f/d)

As an IT project manager, you’ll support our clients throughout the implementation of myPARM—from requirements analysis through workshops and configuration to a successful go-live. You’ll work closely with clients, the consulting team, and the development team, and will gradually take on more responsibility for your own client projects.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Support and Strategic Management of Software Implementation Projects
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of appropriate solution concepts
  • Planning, conducting, and facilitating workshops and training sessions
  • Configuration and Implementation of myPARM at the Customer's Site
  • Support in the planning, coordination, and successful implementation of client projects
  • Stakeholder Management from the Customer's and Company's Perspectives
  • Support for data migrations and interface requirements
  • Continuous optimization of project processes and best practices

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience (approx. 2–5 years) in the IT field, project management, consulting, or software implementation
  • Technical understanding of software architectures, data migrations and API interfaces
  • Interest in project management methods and digital processes
  • Project management skills (ideally with certification, e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA, or similar)
  • Ideally, some experience with client projects or SaaS implementations
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers

Solution Engineer / Software Implementation Manager - DACH + France(m/f/d)

As a Software Implementation Manager (m/f/d), you will support our customers in the DACH and French-speaking regions in the successful implementation of our project and portfolio management software - from requirements analysis to go-live.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Conducting effective presentations, customer-specific demos, technical discussions and interactive workshops for optimal solution presentation
  • Development of a technical strategy and tailored engagement plan in collaboration with the sales team, including identification of key markets, use cases and prioritized solutions
  • Planning, management and execution of software implementation projects for our customers
  • Analysis of customer requirements and development of customized solutions
  • Leading workshops on process mapping, requirements definition and system configuration
  • Support with data migration, system integration and interface connection
  • Training of users and key users as well as ongoing support after go-live
  • Coordination between internal teams (development, support, sales) and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the sales team with software demonstrations
  • Supporting the sales team in answering technical and functional questions in the context of tenders (RFI, RFQ, RFP) to prepare competitive offers
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and continuous optimization of implementation processes (efficiency, quality and performance)

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the implementation of business software, ideally in the areas of project management software, ERP, CRM or similar complex business solutions
  • Sound knowledge of business processes, especially in the project management environment
  • Ideally certification(s) in the project management environment (management, processes)
  • Technical understanding of software architectures, data migrations and API interfaces
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience in change management and in training and advising customers
