During project implementation, quality assurance monitors processes and products to ensure they meet the requirements. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality inspection:<\/strong> At project completion, quality control verifies whether the quality goals and requirements defined in the quality plan have been met, as well as whether the project outcome meets previously established quality standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality improvement:<\/strong> The goal of quality optimization is to continuously improve products, services, or processes. Quality requirements and measures for implementation are defined at the beginning of the project, and acceptance must be criteria are agreed upon at the same time. <\/p>\n<h3>2. Quality of project management<\/h3>\n<p>The quality of project management, on the other hand, is about whether, for example, deadlines or the budget have been met and whether the defined processes have been adhered to.<br \/>As both areas are of great importance, corresponding evaluation criteria should be defined in each case, which are then monitored and checked.
