Murphy zur\u00fcck, der in den 1940er Jahren an einem Forschungsexperiment bei der US Air Force beteiligt war. Bei diesem Experiment sollte herausgefunden werden, welche Beschleunigungen der menschliche K\u00f6rper aushalten kann. Hierzu mussten am Kopf der Testpersonen Sensoren befestigt werden, wof\u00fcr es genau zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten gab: Die richtige Position und eine falsche, um 90\u00b0 verdrehte Position. Leider schlug das Experiment fehl, da jemand s\u00e4mtliche Sensoren falsch angeschlossen hatte. Murphy schloss daraus: \u201eWenn es mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten gibt, eine Aufgabe zu erledigen, und eine davon in einer Katastrophe endet oder sonst wie unerw\u00fcnschte Konsequenzen nach sich zieht, dann wird es jemand genauso machen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Die h\u00e4ufig zitierte Kurzfassung hiervon ist: <strong>\u201eAlles, was schiefgehen kann, wird auch schiefgehen.\u201c<\/strong><br \/>Aber es gibt auch zahlreiche Varianten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wenn es einen falschen Weg gibt, etwas zu tun, wird jemand es genauso machen.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn verschiedene Dinge schiefgehen k\u00f6nnen, wird das schiefgehen, das den gr\u00f6ssten Schaden verursacht.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn etwas nicht schiefgehen kann, wird es das trotzdem tun.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es gibt sogar Steigerungen dazu. So besagt Finagles Gesetz, dass alles, was schiefgehen kann, schiefgehen wird \u2013 und zwar im schlimmsten aller Momente. Und Peter Drucker war \u00fcberzeugt, dass wenn eine Sache schiefgeht, zum gleichen Zeitpunkt auch alles andere schiefgehen wird.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wie_viel_Wahrheit_steckt_in_Murphys_Gesetz\"><\/span>Wie viel Wahrheit steckt in Murphys Gesetz?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Murphys Gesetz ist nat\u00fcrlich kein echtes Naturgesetz, auch wenn es h\u00e4ufig mit den Gesetzen der Thermodynamik in Verbindung gebracht wird. Der zweite Hauptsatz der Thermodynamik besagt n\u00e4mlich, dass Systeme immer zu einem unorganisierten Zustand neigen, der eher unerw\u00fcnscht ist. Captain Murphy selbst d\u00fcrfte mit seiner Erkenntnis aber einfach gemeint haben, dass Dinge manchmal eben schiefgehen \u2013 ob wir das wollen oder nicht.<br \/>Warum wir dann dennoch h\u00e4ufig Murphys Gesetz als Erkl\u00e4rung heranziehen, wenn alles schiefgeht, liegt auf der Hand: In diesem Moment scheint das Gesetz f\u00fcr uns best\u00e4tigt zu werden. Verlaufen Dinge erfolgreich, stellen wir dies h\u00e4ufig nicht infrage. Funktioniert etwas allerdings nicht, wie geplant, suchen wir nach einem Grund hierf\u00fcr. H\u00e4ufig fragen wir uns dann, warum so etwas gerade uns passiert oder gerade jetzt. Murphys Gesetz kommt in dem Fall als Begr\u00fcndung gerade recht.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Positive_Effekte_von_Murphys_Gesetz\"><\/span>Positive Effekte von Murphys Gesetz<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Auch wenn es zun\u00e4chst nicht so aussieht, hat Murphys Gesetz doch einige positive Aspekte, die Ihnen im Projektmanagement helfen k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wenn etwas schiefl\u00e4uft, kann das Gesetz Trost spenden<\/li>\n<li>wenn feststeht, dass nicht alles klappen wird, k\u00f6nnen m\u00f6gliche Schwierigkeiten und Risiken bereits im Vorfeld bedacht werden und Gegenmassnahmen eingeleitet werden<\/li>\n<li>Fehlschl\u00e4ge kann man so schneller akzeptieren und gedanklich abhaken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Positive Interpretation:<\/strong> Ich akzeptiere, dass Dinge schiefgehen werden \u2013 und das unabh\u00e4ngig davon, wie sehr ich mich anstrenge. Ich kann versuchen, im Vorfeld Massnahmen gegen Risiken zu treffen und bei auftretenden Problemen eine L\u00f6sung suchen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Negative_Effekte_von_Murphys_Gesetz\"><\/span>Negative Effekte von Murphys Gesetz<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>sieht man Murphys Gesetz als unumst\u00f6ssliches Naturgesetz, dann glaubt man, dass Fehlschl\u00e4ge vorprogrammiert und nicht abzuwenden sind. Das kann zu einer passiven Position f\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Personen, die so denken, f\u00fchlen sich der Welt schutzlos ausgeliefert, k\u00f6nnten aufgeben und mit der Situation abschliessen. So unternehmen solche Personen keine weiteren Versuche mehr, Dinge voranzubringen und sprechen sich selbst die Handlungsfreiheit ab.<\/li>\n<li>h\u00e4ufig f\u00fchrt dies zu einem zynischen Blick auf das Leben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Negative Interpretation:<\/strong> Ich glaube, dass ich nichts bewegen kann, weil ohnehin alles schiefgeht. Ich bin der Welt ausgeliefert.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"et_pb_text_6 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_block_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Wie_kann_man_im_Projektmanagement_mit_Murphys_Gesetz_umgehen\"><\/span>Wie kann man im Projektmanagement mit Murphys Gesetz umgehen?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die positive Interpretation passt viel besser zum Projektmanagement, da man hierbei handlungsf\u00e4hig bleibt. Hier einige Tipps, wie man diese positive Interpretation trainieren kann:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Optimismus \u00fcben<\/h3>\n<p>Wer optimistisch in die Zukunft sieht, geht von positiven Ergebnissen und Verl\u00e4ufen aus. Auch wenn dann nicht alles funktioniert, hat diese Sichtweise viele Vorteile: Die Grundstimmung ist besser und unvorhergesehene Ereignisse verursachen weniger Stress.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Fakten betrachten<\/h3>\n<p>Wenn etwas fehlschl\u00e4gt, schliesst man schnell auf Murphys Gesetz. Betrachtet man aber die Fakten, erkennt man schnell, dass negative Ereignisse gar nicht so h\u00e4ufig passieren. Wie oft passiert es tats\u00e4chlich, dass man verschl\u00e4ft, den Kaffee versch\u00fcttet oder einen Platten hat? Und wie oft funktioniert alles im Vergleich dazu reibungslos?<\/p>\n<h3>3. Erwartungshaltung anpassen<\/h3>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich m\u00f6chten wir alle, dass unsere Projekte reibungslos ablaufen. Doch die Realit\u00e4t sieht meist anders aus. Es gibt Dinge, die perfekt funktionieren und andere, bei denen alles schiefgeht. Dazu kommen noch jede Menge Dinge, die irgendwo in der Mitte liegen. Ist uns das bewusst, k\u00f6nnen wir mit R\u00fcckschl\u00e4gen besser umgehen. Selbst wenn sich eine richtige Pechstr\u00e4hne anbahnt werden wir so daran erinnert, dass fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter auch wieder Dinge optimal funktionieren werden.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Negativit\u00e4tsverzerrung verhindern<\/h3>\n<p>Menschen nehmen Negatives eher wahr als Positives. Das nennt sich Negativit\u00e4tsverzerrung. So merkt kaum jemand, dass sein Computer morgens ohne Probleme hochf\u00e4hrt. Das gelegentliche morgendliche Update, das den Arbeitsbeginn verz\u00f6gert, bleibt uns aber gut im Ged\u00e4chtnis. Nehmen Sie sich diese Erkenntnis doch zum Anlass, auch die positiven Abl\u00e4ufe zu beachten und sie nicht mehr als selbstverst\u00e4ndlich anzusehen.<\/p>\n<h3>5.
