This helps to better understand the dynamics and to develop an effective strategy in the next step, which should focus primarily on the strongest influencing factors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Developing strategies<br \/><\/strong> Now it's time to develop and implement strategies. Consider how driving forces can be strengthened and inhibiting forces reduced. Select the forces with the greatest influence. Document the ideas and measures you find, as well as their expected impact, paying attention to potential dependencies or synergies.<br \/>Driving forces can often be strengthened through targeted communication or pilot projects.
