Une contradiction qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re des frictions. Car si l'on mise sur le travail agile, on doit aussi diriger de mani\u00e8re agile. Mais croire que le leadership agile peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duit \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes et des outils, c'est sous-estimer ce qui se cache r\u00e9ellement derri\u00e8re : un changement profond d'attitude, de collaboration et de responsabilit\u00e9.<br \/>Le leadership agile n'est pas un sujet d'atelier \u00e0 prendre au second degr\u00e9. Elle remet en question tout ce qui a longtemps \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme acquis dans les organisations classiques. Et c'est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment pour cette raison que son introduction ne va pas de soi. Il faut plus qu'un coach agile et quelques nouveaux termes. Il s'agit d'adaptabilit\u00e9, d'appropriation et de centrage sur le client. Le management agile consiste \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement dans lequel les \u00e9quipes peuvent agir de mani\u00e8re autonome et r\u00e9agir rapidement aux changements. Ceux qui n'ont pas compris cela font, dans le pire des cas, du micromanagement sous une forme agile. Le leadership agile implique donc une nouvelle compr\u00e9hension du leadership. L'\u00e9quipe ne re\u00e7oit plus d'instructions, mais est habilit\u00e9e \u00e0 faire son travail de mani\u00e8re autonome et \u00e0 prendre ses propres d\u00e9cisions. Ceux qui ne sont pas pr\u00eats \u00e0 c\u00e9der le pouvoir, \u00e0 l\u00e2cher le contr\u00f4le ou \u00e0 \u00e9couter, \u00e9chouent. C'est pourquoi les dirigeants devraient commencer par remettre en question leur propre attitude et \u00eatre honn\u00eates avec eux-m\u00eames : font-ils vraiment confiance \u00e0 leur \u00e9quipe ? Il est particuli\u00e8rement important que les collaborateurs comprennent ce qu'ils peuvent attendre du leader \u00e0 l'avenir, \u00e0 savoir qu'il \u00e9limine les obstacles, coache l'\u00e9quipe et garde la vision en vue, mais ne supervise pas les t\u00e2ches individuelles.  <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_5  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_adapter_le_rythme\"><\/span>4. adapter le rythme<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Toutes les \u00e9quipes ne sont pas pr\u00eates pour l'auto-responsabilit\u00e9 agile et m\u00eame si l'\u00e9quipe est pr\u00eate, certains de ses membres peuvent ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de la g\u00e9rer. Pour que le leadership agile soit efficace, les membres de l'\u00e9quipe doivent vouloir et pouvoir assumer des responsabilit\u00e9s. Ignorer cela, c'est s'exposer \u00e0 un surmenage et au chaos. Cela signifie que les dirigeants doivent non seulement se reconstruire eux-m\u00eames, mais aussi que leurs \u00e9quipes doivent se d\u00e9velopper, en particulier dans des domaines tels que la confiance, la communication et les comp\u00e9tences de feedback. C'est pourquoi il est judicieux de ne pas introduire imm\u00e9diatement le leadership agile partout, mais de commencer par des projets pilotes, de demander un feedback et d'adapter le leadership en cons\u00e9quence. Ainsi, chaque \u00e9quipe trouve ensemble la bonne voie et n'\u00e9choue pas \u00e0 cause de difficult\u00e9s initiales.     <br \/><em>Notre conseil :<\/em> les objectifs descendants conduisent rarement \u00e0 l'engagement. Le leadership agile favorise cependant le d\u00e9veloppement commun d'objectifs sur un pied d'\u00e9galit\u00e9 - m\u00eame lors de l'introduction du leadership agile. Cela implique de supprimer les silos, de simplifier les flux d'informations, de raccourcir les circuits de d\u00e9cision et de d\u00e9centraliser les d\u00e9cisions. Pour de nombreuses entreprises, il s'agit d'une \u00e9tape particuli\u00e8rement difficile, car elle concerne l'organisation r\u00e9elle et pas seulement le comportement du dirigeant et de l'\u00e9quipe. Ceux qui pensent que le sujet est clos apr\u00e8s une formation ne l'ont donc pas bien compris.
