Wer einen solchen Plan kennt, kann sicher auf sein Ziel zugehen. Allerdings ist es manchmal auch notwendig flexibel reagieren zu k\u00f6nnen, beispielsweise wenn das zu erreichende Ziel zu Beginn eines Projektes gar nicht genau definiert werden kann. Dann sind <a href=\"https:\/\/new-site.parm.com\/agile-methoden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Projektmanagement-ABC: A wie Agile Methoden\">agile Methoden<\/a> gefragt. Aber warum sollte es keine Methode geben, die beide Ans\u00e4tze kombiniert, also einen genauen Plan hat und flexibel bleibt? Das ist das hybride Projektmanagement.<br \/>Hybrides Projektmanagement ist die Kombination von verschiedenen Projektmanagement-Methoden oder die Verwendung einzelner Elemente aus unterschiedlichen Projektmanagement-Ans\u00e4tzen. Das Ziel ist hierbei, die Vorteile der unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen zu nutzen und die jeweiligen Nachteile zu umgehen. Meistens steht der Begriff hybrid dabei f\u00fcr die Kombination aus klassischen und agilen Methoden. Gleichzeitig m\u00fcssen h\u00e4ufig auch Nachvollziehbarkeit, Dokumentation und Sicherheit bedacht werden. Daher ist in den meisten Unternehmen ist im Laufe der Zeit bereits eine gewisse Methodik gewachsen oder sogar vorgegeben. Hybrides Projektmanagement kann dabei helfen, diese verschiedenen Anforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen und gleichzeitig, individuell angepasst an die jeweiligen Bed\u00fcrfnisse, sinnvolle Elemente verschiedener Vorgehensweisen zu nutzen. Das heisst, dass beispielsweise ein klassisch ausgef\u00fchrtes Projekt bei einzelnen Vorg\u00e4ngen um agile Methoden erg\u00e4nzt wird. In agilen Projekten gibt es die Rolle des Projektmanagers allerdings nicht. Stattdessen gibt es beispielsweise bei Scrum einen Product Owner, der unter anderem Produkt- und Projektmanagementaufgaben vereint, und einen Scrum Master, der die Verantwortung f\u00fcr das Einhalten des Prozesses \u00fcbernimmt. W\u00e4hrend der Projektmanager dem Projektteam vorgesetzt ist, sind dies weder Product Owner noch Scrum Master. Vielmehr ist bei agilen Projekten das Entwicklungsteam verantwortlich. Einerseits k\u00f6nnen unterschiedliche Methoden parallel verwendet werden. Das heisst, dass beispielsweise manche Unternehmensbereiche generell klassisch arbeiten und andere agil. Es kann auch bedeuten, dass einzelne Projekte oder Projektteile generell klassisch oder agil durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Andererseits k\u00f6nnen die Methoden auch vermischt verwendet werden, indem beispielsweise eine klassische Projektplanung mit agilen Sprints kombiniert wird. Hier einige Methoden, die h\u00e4ufig angewandt werden:<\/p>\n<h3>1. Water-Scrum-Fall:<\/h3>\n<p>Arbeitspakete, Kosten und Projekttermine werden klassisch nach der Wasserfallmethode geplant. Abzuarbeitende Arbeitspakete werden dann nach Scrum Methoden bearbeitet. Dadurch gibt es mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t als in klassischen Projekten.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Critical Chain Scrumban:<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt wird mit der Critical Chain Methode aus dem klassischen Projektmanagement geplant. Einzelne Arbeitspakete werden dann mit einer Kombination aus Scrum und Kanban-Boards agil abgearbeitet. Durch den kritischen Pfad inklusive wichtiger Meilensteine kann die Projektdauer und der Ressourcenbedarf gut eingesch\u00e4tzt werden. Gleichzeitig k\u00f6nnen durch die agilen Arbeitspakete die Projekte mit dieser Methode schneller fertiggestellt werden.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Scrumban:<\/h3>\n<p>Hierbei werden die agilen Methoden von Scrum und Kanban kombiniert, wodurch diese Methode sich optimal f\u00fcr Produktentwicklungen eignet. Eingesetzt wird ein Kanban-Board mit dem Ablauf aus Scrum.
