Self-organized teams should therefore be put together carefully in order to set the course for success. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Unclear roles and responsibilities:<\/strong> Without clear agreements, chaos can ensue. It is therefore important to clarify roles and responsibilities transparently in order to avoid trouble later on. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Lack of leadership skills in the team:<\/strong> Not every team member is prepared to make decisions independently.
