This refers to people who are deliberately kept out of communication or decision-making. This can be important in order to work more efficiently and improve communication within the project - especially in very large projects.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>REWA formula:<\/strong> The REWA formula is also a variant of the responsibility matrix, in which the roles of Responsible, Expert, Work and Approver are applied.
