A key feature of PM\u00b2 is therefore its adaptability to the culture and structure of different organisations. Thus, the method is not only intended for public administration, but can also be successfully applied in private companies and non-profit organisations. Planning:<\/h3>\n<p>The planning phase aims to identify all the necessary steps and resources to achieve the project goals.<br \/><strong>Activities:<\/strong> Creating a schedule, resource planning, risk management, budgeting, communication planning.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Execution:<\/h3>\n<p>In this phase, the tasks defined in the project plan are actually carried out.<br \/><strong>Activities:<\/strong> team management, task distribution, monitoring of project progress, communication with stakeholders, quality management.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Monitoring:<\/h3>\n<p>The monitoring phase deals with the continuous monitoring of the project to ensure that it remains on track.<br \/><strong>Activities:<\/strong> Progress monitoring, risk assessment and management, adjusting the project plan, communication with stakeholders.<\/p>\n<h3>5.
