The board logic is intuitive, quick to set up and ideal for small task packages or internal coordination. Trello provides a clear, easy-to-understand structure for manageable workflows.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"542\" data-end=\"1095\">However, Trello reaches its limits in complex project landscapes: portfolio transparency is lacking, financial control and billing must be mapped externally, reporting is manual, governance is rudimentary and the platform only scales to a limited extent. Monitoring, evaluation, structured decision-making processes or compliance requirements cannot be reliably implemented without additional tools or manual effort.
